Dúvida sobre correção automática de questionário e envio de feedback

Bom dia! Estou aplicando um questionário e gostaria de saber se é possível enviar o feedback para quem preenchê-lo. Mas não é um feedback de questões isoladas. Gostaria de enviar o feedback de partes do questionário, por exemplo, o somatório de sete perguntas que abordam sobre a saúde e é o resultado que importa. Por exemplo, se for acima de 10, o indivíduo deve se preocupar. Por exemplo, na página 7, as questões de 1 a 8. O link do questionário encontra-se abaixo.

É possível?

Como se trata de uma pesquisa clínica, peço que as respostas sejam mantidas em sigilo.

Thanks for getting back to us. You can set up an auto-responder email then set up conditions to achieve your requirement. Let me show you how:

1. In the Form Builder, click on Settings.
2. Now, on the left panel, click on Emails.
3. Next, click on + Add email.
4. Then select Autoresponder Email.
5. Now, you may customize the email content.
6. Once, done click on Save.
7. Now, on the left panel click on Conditions.
8. Click on + Add Condition.
9. Select Change Email Recipient.
10. Now, enter the conditions according to your requirement. Please keep in mind, that you may need to add a Calculation Widget to meet your requirements.
11. Finally, click on Save.

That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for sharing the form URL. In order to calculate the sum of the questions on the seventh page of your form, you need to add a Form Calculation widget and enable calculation values. Let me show you how to do it:

• In your Form Builder, enable the Calculation values of the fields that you want to be calculated. Do this on all of the fields that you want to add.

• Click the Add a Form Element then click the Widgets tab and look for the Form Calculation widget. Click and drag it to your form and set up the calculation where you add all of the fields you want to calculate on page 7.
