Termos de acordos

Estou finalizando meu formulario e notei que existe a possibilidade de colocar os Termos de Acordos e Regras.
Gostaria de fazer com que esse documento fosse assinavel pelo usuario.
Mesmo que ao clicar em "Termos e condições" o usuario seja levado para outra pagina, assinar o documento e, somente depois disso, finalizar o preenchimento de seu formulario

Now, let me help you with your question. Your requirements can be met by creating a conditional logic that will route users to a form after clicking the Terms and Conditions. You will have the create a form where people can sign the terms and conditions. Let me show you how the conditional logic:

• In Form Builder on the orange navigation bar click on Settings.
• Go to the Conditions tab on the left-hand side of the page.
• Click Add New Condition and Select Change Thank You Page.

• Set up the condition like the one provided in the screenshot below.
• Click Save to apply the changes.
