Now, let me help you with your question. I went ahead and checked your account and I see that you have already reached your Signed Document limit. . The monthly limit counter resets on the first day of each month. Take note that the standard plans have different monthly limit set and the pricing page provides a quick breakdown of those. You can also refer to this guide to know more about your account usage and limits. Also, after checking the forms on the account it has the Sign Automation enabled. Please note that for starter plan users, the monthly limit set for signed documents is 10. This is counted based on the total number of signing processes completed.
