Spreadsheet to Form widget: Automatically update the uploaded spreadsheet

boa tarde gostaria de saber se tem alguma opção que eu possa adicionar rotas e ela ser preenchidas automaticamente por meio de uma planilha de Excel existe um get que faz isso mas eu preciso tá atualizando a planilha sempre teria como uma opção automática
