No Option to Complete the Form

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your form, and it appears that the reason they are unable to complete it is because your form doesn't have a submit button. Your form must have a submit button in order for your clients to submit the information they provided in your form. Let me show you how to add it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under Basic Tab, scroll down to add the Submit button.
