Página de agradecimento no APP Jotform

    Olá,


    A página de agradecimento pelo app desparece rapidamente e volta automaticamente para a página inicial do formulário, mesmo que eu NÃO clique no botão "Fazer nova solicitação".

    Já no modo desktop ela fica estática, o que permite que o usuário dê um print na tela ou mesmo anote o número do id de envio (que eu renomeei como PROTOCOLO).

    Como devo configurar para que, no app, a página de agradecimento também fique estática até que o usuário clique no botão "Fazer nova solicitação"?

    Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to the Kiosk Mode in the Jotform App? There's no option to make it static, but there's the option in the settings to wait up to the 5-minute max before it clears the form. Let me show you how:

    1. In the Jotform App, click on the form to select.
    2. Select Kiosk Mode.
    3. In the Kiosk Lock, select Thank You Page Display
    4. Click on the dropdown menu to choose the time duration before it clears the form.

    Olá, não consegui. Onde acesso esse MODO QUIOSQUE? No "Criador de Formulários" ou no "Criador de Apps"?

I'm sorry for the confusion, I should have mentioned the Jotform Mobile Forms app. This is the application that is installed on mobile devices, it's available in App Store and Google Play. If you have this installed on your mobile device, open the app and then follow the instructions above. Please open this guide to see if this is the app that is related to what you mentioned.
