folhas google: os dados não se reflectem corretamente

Bom dia, pela segunda vez, estou com problemas na integração entre o formulário e a planilha do google sheets.... Já desfiz a integração e fiz novamente, mas não se resolveu de forma definitiva. Poderiam dar uma olhada, por favor?

Da outra vez que tive esse problema, foi em outro formulário.

O formulário que está com problema agora é o que se chama "Monitoria Presencial - Profª Fernanda Pessoa".

Segue em anexo print da tela com erro, onde as novas respostas ficam concentradas na primeira linha da planilha.

Now, I'll help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. I checked the form and could not find any integration with the spreadsheet. Also, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Please note that If you have a sheet that is integrated with Jotform, it is not recommended that you change the column names, formatting, or make any other changes to that sheet, as this will break the integration. Also, If you have made edits or changes to your form or Google Sheets, we recommend disconnecting and reconnecting your Google Sheets integration for some reason. The integration can sometimes get disconnected if you make changes to your form.

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
