Como posso criar uma Caixa de seleção suspensa mas que abra os dados de uma inscrição já feita.

Olá, estou criando um formulário para avaliações de uma inscrição.

Gostaria de saber como posso fazer para criar uma caixa de seleção suspensa, mas que quando eu clicasse em uma opção, aparecesse os dados da pessoa inscrita.

Por exemplo.

Uma caixa de seleção onde as opções são números de identificação de 01 a 10. Quando seleciono o número 01, aparece automaticamente os dados da pessoa referente a esse número de identificação.

Não me importo de adicionar os dados manualmente.

Por favor me deem uma alternativa, é muito urgente.

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, we don't have a direct feature where you can use a dropdown element to show the person's data. This may be possible using Conditional Logic but it will require you to add multiple conditions.

You may want to use the Spreadsheet to Form widget to achieve this. All you have to do is add the data in an Excel file, upload the file to the widget, and assign the Identification Number column as the Unique Code column. If you or the user enter an Identification Number added in the file, the widget will automatically prefill the person's data fields in your form that correspond to that number.
