    Olá, realizei a ativação da criptografia de dados de um formulário utilizando a conta do google para verificação de identidade, no entanto, ao acessar os dados criptografados o código de acesso não é reconhecido. Existe alguma forma de correção?

    Hi dradanielletavares,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the access code for an encrypted form? If yes, please be informed that Encrypted Forms use end-to-end encryption, which means your access code is encrypted on Jotform’s end. Since it’s encrypted, we won’t be able to access your data, so if you forget your access code, your data is considered lost. We recommend storing your access code in a safe place or creating an access code that’s easy to remember.

    As a workaround, you can disable the form encryption. Keep in mind that your existing form submissions remain encrypted even after you disable encryption on that form. Let me show you how to do it:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen click on Settings.
    • Go to the Form Settings tab on the left-hand side of the page.
    • Toggle the Encrypt Form Data option from YES to NO
