How to prefill form using the data from another form?

Senhores,

Quero usar um formulário final e ele deve ser preenchido por outro pré-formulário.

Ou seja, cada vez que eu preencher o formulário B, ele pré-preenche o formulário A gerando o link com ele pré-preenchido, envio-o por por email e colocando esse link em uma planilha.

Isso é possvel fazer?

Now, let me help you with your question. Let's say, a user filled in name, his email address and phone number in Form B, and you want these information to be prepopulated in a generated link to Form A. You can achieve this by including the query strings in the URL. I can walk you through setting that up:

1. In Form B, click on the Name field.
2. Click on the Gear icon for Properties.
3. Go to Advanced.
4. Scroll down and open Field Details.
5. Next, copy the Unique Name under Fields Details.
6. Paste it after the "?" that is added to Form A URL.
7. Then, follow the same steps for the email and telephone number. Check out the screencast below:

In my example, here’s Form A with fields prepopulated via query parameters:
