Create a Performance Evaluation form that my manager can evaluate the submission first

Gostaria de criar um formulário de avaliação com competências valendo de 1 a 10, mas que antes de ser enviado que o gestor visualize o total de pontos (acumulado) do avaliado. Poderia me auxiliar?

Now, let me help you with your question. Your requirements can be achieved by utilizing the Jotform Approvals feature and setting up approval flows for your form. You can set your manager as the Approver who will receive an email notifying them that they need to evaluate a submission.
