Now, let me help you with your question. Can you tell us what's happening when you access the PDF? You can send us a screenshot of what's happening on your end, so we can investigate further. Also, is it the PDF from the notification emails, or the downloaded PDF in the submissions table? This could be a temporary issue, so I've cleared your form caches to refresh the data.
