Submit Button is Not Showing

Boa noite.
Criei um formulário mas na última página no rodapé eu não consigo visualizar o botão de próximo ou enviar.

Já fui nas configurações, e a opção de botão visível está vigente e mesmo assim o botão não aparece.

Poderia me auxiliar por gentileza
