I've gone ahead and flushed your login attempts, and cleared your form caches to refresh the data. You can now try to log in again. Olá novamente, muito obrigado pela resposta. Porém mesmo com a limpeza do cache, não conseguimos efetuar o Log in. Tentamos redefinir a senha, porém não chega nenhuma notificação em nosso email, teria outra opção para resolução desse problema?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We're sorry you're having difficulty with this. Are you still getting the same error message? I've tried flushing your login attempts again. Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies. You can also try using a different browser or device, so we can isolate the issue. As for the password reset email, can you check your spam and other folders, and try again? Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me take you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.

Muito Obrigado pela atenção. Realizei esse passo a passo, mas infelizmente não chega nenhuma notificação em nosso Email ou Spam. O email de envio para o Reset, seria o mesmo que está na minha imagem acima?

Thanks for waiting patiently. I've gone ahead and whitelisted the account. You can try to log in again to see if it works. Make sure to update the password to ensure that correct credentials are being entered. The password reset email will be sent to the email address entered in the send reset instruction, so you should enter the email address of the account you're unable to access. See the screenshot below:
