    Boa tarde, possuo outra conta - agendatecpet@gmail.com que não consigo mais acesso, Indica SUSPENDED preciso recuperar os meus formulários, investi muito tempo na configuração.

    Tive que criar outra conta para conseguir fazer o login.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Ainda estou sem acesso pelo email agendatecpet@gmail.com e preciso recuperar todo trabalho que investi no meu formulário.

    Irei remover os logos que não estão dentro da política, mas preciso acessar a conta.

    A conta ainda está bloqueada, como posso acessar a minha conta.

    Thanks for getting back to us and we’re sorry you’re still having issues accessing your Jotform account. I looked at the account linked with the email address you provided, and it was suspended for having copyrighted logos in your form.

    Please note that we have to follow the general rule in order to be in compliance with our Terms. In order to reactivate your account, we will need your permission to delete the offending forms.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Thanks for patiently waiting. Our system flagged your form as suspicious, but after checking further, I couldn't see anything violating our Terms of Use. So I've gone ahead and reinstated your account. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused. The account is now active and in good standing, you can go ahead and log in anytime.
