Unable to Log into the Account

    O endereço de email que uso para logar há algum tempo vem apresentando problemas de recebimento. Por conta disso, não consigo logar (dá senha inválida) e não recebo o email de reset de senha. O q faço?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry that you are having issues logging in to your account. Can you tell us the email address or the username of the account that is having the issue so that we can check?

    It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot of the error and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
