How to clone a form?

Gostaria de duplicar um formulário que está na minha pasta "Formulários Atribuidos" para criar um formulário novo com base nesse.

Now let me help you with cloning the form. You can get the form URL of the form and clone it. Please know that the form can only be cloned if the owner allowed it in the form settings. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Assigned Form.
2. Hover to the form and click on View. It'll open a new tab and you can copy the URL.
3. Click on Create Form.
4. Select Import Form.
5. Select From a web page.
6. Enter the copied URL.
7. Click on Create.
