Upload Space Overlimit

Eu realizei o procedimento de backup , exclusão dos envios e limpeza da lixeira, porém minha cota de 10GB ainda está como cheia, poderiam me ajudar.

Now, let me help you with your question. I really do understand how upsetting this is. When deleting large file sizes to clear space, it would take some time for the system to recalculate the updated upload space for the account. I have recalculated the upload space limit and your account is now active. Your forms should be accessible now. I would also suggest clearing your form caches to help. Here's how:

1. Hover your mouse to your Avatar and click it.
2. In the dialogue box, select Settings.
3. Click the Clear Cache beside the Form Caches option.|
   

You can also set up the Auto-Delete submission feature on your forms. In case, you have a busy schedule ahead,  you can set the Deletion Period on your form to automatically delete the form entries. This way, you won't have to worry about forms with file uploads needing to be deleted to free up space.

1. In the Form Builder page, select Settings.
2. Next, click Show More Options button at the bottom.
3. Scroll down to Auto-Delete Form Submissions, then select Enable.
4. Choose the Deletion Period, then select Next.
5. Review your settings, then select Yes, Update to apply and save the changes.
   
   

You can manage the File Size Limit on your form. Forms with upload file field without any limit set can use up the allocated Upload space.
