Clonar formulário e respostas

Tenho um formulário (FO.02.01.LAV - LISTA DE ASSINATURAS /VISTOS rv00) que preciso duplicar ele junto com ar respostas, é possível?.

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, it is not possible to clone forms with the submissions. Please note that when you clone your form, it will only clone the form with its all settings, but no submission data will be cloned. Let me show you how to clone it:

• Go to the My Forms Page and select Create Form in the upper-left corner.
• Select Import Form then choose From a web page option and Paste the form’s URL in the Enter URL field.

• Click on Create Form.
