Transferência de Formulário entre contas

Preciso transferir um formulário de uma conta para outra, o usuário onde está o formulário, é o orbitabaloes, o nome do formulário em questão é: https://form.jotform.com/orbitabaloes/inscri-expo-cultural-gccvalinhos, além de copiar o formulário eu preciso alterar esse nome do link também, preciso tirar o orbitabaloes do link, é possível?

When you relocate your forms, the custom URLs will no longer function because the form will be associated with a different username and cannot be retained. You will need to create new custom URLs for your forms once the form has been transferred. Additionally, all form data will be transferred to the destination account, with no copies or data remaining on the account where the forms originated.

I noticed that there are no forms associated with your account. Please keep in mind that the transfer request must come from the account where the form was created. Otherwise, we will be unable to process it for you. You can log in to the account where the form is located and create a thread to transfer the form, making sure to include the URL of the form as well as the username of the destination account.
