Estamos com um problema faz muitos dias e toda vez que tentamos adicionar elementos aparece um erro e um pedido para recarregar a página. Poderiam nos ajudar, por favor?

Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the problem, and it appears to be working as expected. Furthermore, I am able to add elements with no problem. Check out this screencast below:
Can you try the following troubleshooting?:
- Clear your Browser's Cache and Cookies
- Try using another browser and connect to a different Internet service provider.
- Try logging out and logging back into your account.
- Try accessing your Jotform account on the Private/Incognito Mode
Give them a try and let us know if the problem persists
