Boa tarde eu consigo criar uma caixa de envios exclusiva para um formulario sem que tenha a possibilidade de acessar os demais formularios?

E teria a possibilidade de proteger com senha o acesso a caixa de envios de determinado formulario?

    Hi Alisson,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am currently using a translation to provide assistance, but if you want to get assistance in the Portuguese language, we can forward your request to our Portuguese Support Team, please note that it may take longer to receive a response.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to password-protect a submission table. However, you can embed your form on your site and then password-protect the webpage. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button.

    2. Click on Share Settings select Private Table, and set it as Public Table

    3. Now, use the Embed code from the embed from the Embed tab.

You can filter data in another tab in order to see specific things, like in the screencast below. In this example, I filtered the Outbound results within the Source Field in a test form:

There are a number of aspects that you can use when you filter data in Jotform Tables. I made a screenshot of them for you to check out. If you look below the screenshot, you'll also see a description of what each one is used for.

First, click on the Filter Button and then select one of the filtering options below:

    1. Search Text field: The input you enter here will be searched for in all of the fields.
    2. Search In: Here, you can apply filtering for All, Unread, Read, Favorite, or Unfavored submissions within a specific timeframe.
    3. Advanced Search/Filter: Here, you can Choose a Field from a dropdown menu that you can use for filtering, like Name, Email, or Phone Number.
    4. Choose a Field: Enter a keyword into the text box on the right that is equal or not equal to the values in the field you chose above. You can easily remove any of these filters by just clicking on the red Trash Can icon on the right.
    5. Add New Filter: You can add a new filter here, in addition to the ones above.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
