How to prevent Autocomplete widget field from being changed?

no meu formulario eu tenho um item com widgets autocomplete

minha questão é como posso evitar que ao selecionar na lista ele nao permita que altere a informação (edição). Percebi recebo minhas informação alterada e preciso evitar isso.
