Como adicionar opções que abrem textos?

Eu gostaria de adicionar opções para os usuários quando clicassem, abrisse um texto da minha escolha.

Por exemplo:

Opção 1 ( X )

Opção 2 ( )

Texto da Opção 1:

Joãozinho e Mariazinha foram na rua e compraram 3 pães.

Ou seja, na hora que fosse selecionada a opção, um texto se abriria, importante ressaltar que eu gostaria de editar o Texto das Opções, o Texto quando é Selecionado e o Texto que aparece após a opção ser escolhida.

Now, let me help you with your question. You can use the Show/Hide condition to show a text field depending on the option the user chooses on your first question. Let me show you how to do it:

Let's say we'll create a condition for the question below:

• In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange bar located at the top.
• Under the Conditions tab, click the Show/Hide Field condition.

• Setup the condition as shown in the screenshot below:
