Dados de alguns questionários que foram submetidos mas foram perdidos

Bom dia,

Sou da empresa ALS Allergisa e tivemos um estudo onde os dados foram gerados pela equipe, foram submetidos mas quando exportamos para Excell eles não estão lá, forma perdidos.

Precisamos saber o que aconteceu e se vocês conseguem recuperar esses dados.

If I understood you correctly, where you're trying to download the file as Excel like the steps below?

1. Go to My Forms and choose your form.
2. Select Submissions at the top.

3. In Tables, select Download All in the upper-right corner, then Download as Excel from the menu.

If this is not what you meant, Can you provide us with more details regarding your query? Like the exact URL of the form. Also, if you can take a screenshot of what you're referring to, that will help us to understand better. We have a guide about how to do that here.
