How to use Jotform Form Collaboration

Quando compartilhamos o formulário para alguém ser colaborador, o que é necessário configurar para que também aparece na opção de "meus formulários" da pessoa?

Now, let me help you with your question. Sharing the Collaboration link with your teammates is really easy. Let me show you how:

1. On the top right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link, and you're done.

Please note that Form Collaborators are not able to create forms. They are only able to access the specific form with the collaboration link. For them to be able to access other forms, then you might need to provide them the collaboration link for each form.If you have multiple users or employees, you may want to explore the Jotform Enterprise Plan, which allows to create sub-users.
