Sobre o formulario 232683419039057 que esta associado ao Email robsoncoelholuciano@hotmail.com o mesmo quando abrimos o painel para acessar as respostas consta como se nao ouvesse formulario, tendo em visto o formulario ja ter 17 incriçoes realizadas nele. precisamos urgentemente acessar esse formulario e baixar as plnilhas com as informaçoes coletadas.

Now, let me help you with your question. The form belongs to the username "robsondemolay" which is registered with your Hotmail email address. Log in to that account to view the form response. In case you forgot the password, you can always request a new one. Let me take you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
