gostaria de entender o motivo do meu espaço de upload não diminuir quando faço a exclusão de arquivos, e a exclusão permanente na lixeira.


conforme foto abaixo, foi excluido mais de 1100 arquivos da lixeira, e ainda nao houve a diminuição de gb utilizado, pelo ao contrario, so aumentou.

ha um tempo atras, pedi ajuda do suporte e me passaram uma orientação onde segui estritamente o passo a passo, e por ora resolveu o problema, mas agora nao esta mais funcionando
preciso de uma solução urgente.
