Now, let me help you with your question. I checked and cloned your form and noticed that the Submit button was not added to your form. Your client will not be able to submit your form if there's no Submit button added. It's really easy to add that to your form. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Element.
- Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list, and choose the Submit Button Element.
