How can I change the date format?

Bom dia como posso alterar o formato da hora, atualmente esta mes/dia/ ano quero que fique dia/mes/ano, obs: essa data é que quando o arquivo e criado

Essa data eu consigo alterar normal, mas quando add essa opção de data, sai duas essa data que eu add e outra automatica, essa automatica eu não consigo alterar
