Approval: Form Element Does Not Show List of Forms

    Boa tarde, estou tentando carregar a lista para selecionar um dos formulários da minha lista na seção de fluxo de aprovação e eles não carregam. Repare, por gentileza na caixa logo abaixo do título "Adicionar Formulário". Fica apenas carregando e eles não aparecem

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I tested that feature on my end but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    I cleared your form cache, can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    It still doesn't work. I cleaned the cache already and it's not working.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Since I did not find any form on your account, can you share the link to the form? Also, were you logged in to the form owner's account when you were trying to add a form in the workflow?

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I tested the issue directly from your account and it is working on my end. Here's a screencast of my result:

    Can you please remove the form element in the approval workflow and add it again? If the issue persists, please try clearing your browser's cache or test using a different browser.

    Unfortunetly, it stil not working. I've tried clearing the cache and a different browser. The forms are not loading anyway. If you guys could help me with remote support or something like that, it would be great!

    Thanks for getting back to us. Will you be able to test using a different device? If the issue persists, please take a screenshot of the console report and send it to us? Check out our guide on How to Get a Console Report from Most Common Browsers.

    We can also select the form in your approval workflow on our end. Please provide us with the form name and URL so we can try it from our end.

    Hello Gabriela,

    Thanks for the video. Can you try removing the Form element from the workflow and adding it again? You can click on the Trash icon to remove it:

    Thanks for getting back to us. The video is basically showing the issue on your end but we don't have the console log. We can have this issue escalated to our Developer team for further investigation. Please take a screenshot of the browser's console log and share it here. Make sure to check out this guide about how to send a screenshot to our Support Forum.

    Hello Gabriela,

    While investigating, we found out that you are setting up the approval flow using your sub-user account, can you try to add the form to the flow using the main account or admin account where the forms are stored?
