Account overlimit status

    Informo que o Formulário está com cotas excedida, não consigo preencher !

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me answer in English since our Spanish Support is currently unavailable. If you prefer to receive help in your native language, please let us know, and we'll forward your ticket to our Spanish Support team. Just expect a little bit of delay in receiving a response from the team.

    You get a Form over quota error when you reach your submissions limit allocated for the month. Your forms will be disabled, and you will not be able to receive any submissions. You can either wait until the submissions limit counter resets to zero on the first day of the following month, or upgrade to any of the available paid plans to increase your submission limits immediately.

    Hi Adriano,

    Thanks for getting back to us.  I checked your account, and noticed that it is currently overlimit status, and I looked at your account limits and found no exceeded limits. I re-calculated your limits and also reactivated your account. So it should be working fine now.
