Hi Adalberto,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. If you already have a Stripe account, you can add the Stripe payment gateway to your form and connect your Stripe account to it. Once connected, your form should be good to go and will automatically collect payment upon submission. Here's how you can add Stripe to your form:
1. In Form Builder, select your Product List and click the Add Payment Integration button
2. On the window that will pop out, select Stripe and click the Use Selection button
3. Once Stripe is added as the payment gateway, click the Connect button on the Payment Settings panel and log in your Stripe account.
Once you see the green Connected status, it means that the form is now connected to your Stripe account. Any payments made upon form submission will be automatically sent to your Stripe account.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Adalberto,
Thanks for using Jotform. Would you like the proposal and the payment to be in one form? If so, you can the use Paragraph element for your proposal and add a Single Choice element for the clients' approval.
Then add a condition when the client doesn't accept, the payment field would be hidden in the form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen, and select Show/Hide Field.
- Copy the conditions below.
Here's the result:
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Adalberto,
You can create two separate forms. The first form is the one you fill out. The second form is where the customer will make the payment.
On the first form, you can then set an Autoresponder email that will be sent to the customer immediately after your submission. This email will contain the data you filled out on the form. You can also add additional information to the email like your proposal, etc. Then, you can add the form link of the second form to the email and add a statement there saying something like "If you accept this proposal, click on this link to make the payment" and that hyperlink will redirect the user to the second form. That second form will be the one connected to a payment gateway like Stripe.
Would that work for you? Let us know if you have any other questions.

Sim. Ajuda bastante.

Hi Adalberto,
If the customer will click the link for the second form in the email, you can pass the data from the first form via URL Parameters. Here's an example form link with parameters appended to pass the data:
https://www.jotform.com/220631153630031?form2name[first]={name:first}&form2name[last]={name:last}&form2email={email}&form2checkbox={multiplechoice}
We have a guide here that explains more about passing data via URL Parameters and how you can generate the form link. Once you have the second form link with the URL parameters appended, you can then add that to the email that will be sent to the user after your submission of the first form.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any further questions.

Hi Adalberto,
Unfortunately, the Product List field is not included in the supported fields for passing data via URL parameters. As a workaround, what you can probably do is add a field in the first form where you will set the products to be selected in the Product List. Then, you can pass these data to another field in the second form that has the Product List. Then, the user can manually select the products that are indicated in the populated field.
Would that work for you? Let us know if you have any other questions.
