Um formulário Jotform permite um campo de assinatura pela tela do celular

Estou buscando uma plataforma de formulários online que me permita inserir um campo de aprovação do nosso cliente (assinatura, por exemplo) para um relatório preenchido pelo nosso funcionário.

Pesquisei alguns modelos aqui no site e encontrei um Form que se aproxima do que preciso.

Minhas dúvidas:

1 - Um formulário Jotform pode ser acessado pelo celular?

2 - Um formulário Jotform permite um campo de assinatura pela tela do celular?

3 - As respostas do Form gera um banco de dados (planilha do excel, por exemplo)?

4 - Este banco de dados pode ser integrado a um relatório no Power BI?

Now, let me help you with your questions. Yes, we can easily access the Jotform on cellphones, Jotform is a responsive platform, you can access on mobile browser too. Also, we have mobile app for android and IOS both platforms. Regrading Jotform Mobile forms, you can check this guide about How to Download and Start Using Jotform Mobile Forms.

You can use easily Jotform E-signature field on the form and use it on mobile to sign and submit. Jotform Sign works on iPads, iPhones, and Android phones. You can check the guide about How to Add an E-Signature to Your Form.

You can easily download the form submissions in Excel format, you can check this guide about How to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF.

Also integrate it to Google sheet to transfer and populate submissions to Google sheets, we have Google sheet Integration for this.
