Now, let me help you with your question. To free up the upload space, you will need to purge the deleted submission entries. Please note that it will stay in the Trash entries for 30 days before it gets deleted permanently. You have the option to restore or delete it forever. Let me show you how:
- In the Tables page, open the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon.
- Select Trashed entries.
- In the Trash panel on the right, choose the submissions to delete, you select Delete Forever or Restore.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Não tenho nada na lixeira, quase nenhum formulário, exclui tudo! Por favor tente recalcular pra ver se ele volta ao normal. Sempre fizeram isso e resolveu

Hi Marilia,
Thanks for getting back to us. I recalculated your form submissions and cleared the cache of your form on our backend system for additional precautions and this fixed glitches as well. Those seemed to fix the upload storage issue you have since it went down to 47.54 MB / 100 MB.
You can also perform clear the cache of your forms by following the guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. I suggest you clear the cache and cookies of the browser that you are using most of the time.
