Erro ao inserir novo campo ou nova página

Boa tarde.

Estou tomando o seguinte erro toda vez que tento inserir um novo campo ou uma nova página.

Ao realizar o refresh da página o novo campo não esta mais disponível.

Oops! Algo deu errado e nós não pudemos criar sua última questão.

Você poderia, por favor, atualizar a página?

I have cleared your form cache to refresh the form. I tried adding a new page and was able to with no issue.

Can you please try switching to a different browser or a different device? You can also try cloning the updated form here.

O erro permanece, tentei fazer a inclusão do novo campo ou página e continuo tomando erro.

Tentei utilizar os browser Edge e Chrome, nos dois casos ocorreu o erro ocorreu, também tentei trocar de computador, mas o erro é o mesmo.

Pode ser algum problema no meu login?

Veja ao tentar duplicar o campo também ocorreu o erro.

You cannot add any more fields or elements because you've already exceeded the total number of fields/elements you can add per form. On our Starter plan, you can only add up to 100 fields/elements into a single form.

If you want to be able to add more form elements, you can upgrade to a paid plan. You can also check our Pricing page here to see the limits of each plan including the maximum number of fields/elements per form.
