Fillable PDF with answers on a form

Preciso que um PDF seja preenchido com informações submetidas em um formulário. Este PDF é um modelo que tenho em arquivo e preciso que o PDF que o formulário gere seja esse modelo com os campos.

Now, let me help you with your question. Do you want to create a PDF form that automatically turns collected form submission data into PDFs that are easy to share? If yes, you can do it by using PDF Editor. It's easy to create your PDF Document. Let me show you how:

Creating Your First PDF Document

Let me walk you through the 2 ways to do it.

1. Using My Forms page to create a PDF Document:

• On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over the form you want to create a PDF Document of, and then click on More. 
• Under the Data tab, click on Create PDF Document. This will take you to PDF Editor and automatically create a PDF Document for you.

2. Using Form Builder to create a PDF Document:

• In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform Logo. 
• Click on PDF Editor, That’ll take you to PDF Editor and automatically create a PDF Document for you. 

If you want to create a fillable PDF version of your form, this feature helps you do that easily. Here’s how to do it:

• In PDF Editor, click on New PDF in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page. 
• Select PDF Form, and then you can either create a fillable version of your form or start from scratch. 

You can easily share your PDF Document using the Send button. Here’s how to do it:

• In PDF Editor, click on Send at the top-right corner of the page. 
• Click on Copy Link to copy the share link or you can send your PDF Document via email. 

If you want to download your PDF Document or PDF Form, it’s really easy. Let me show you how:

• In PDF Editor, click on Download at the top-right corner of the page. Your PDF Document will download automatically.
