Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your form and I noticed that you have 99 form fields added to your form. Please note that for the Starter Plan, you will be limited to 100 fields per form. You will be unable to add any more fields once you reach 100. If your form requires more fields, you can try upgrading your account to a higher subscription. You can check out our Jotform Pricing to see the limits and pricing as well.
