Suporte,
Estou enfretentando um bloqueio no formulário que tenho publicado. Esta aparecendo que atingimos o limite do plano free (100 Mb), porém, já realizei a exclusão dos dados antigos e atualmente estou com 31,9 Mb de estapaço utilizado.
Qual o procedimento pra realizar a liberação do formulário?

Thank you for the support. The issue has been resolved.
Is there anything I can do here if it happens again, or can this problem only be fixed by opening a support ticket?

Hi Gabriel,
Thanks for reaching back to us. Normally, when you delete and purge submissions with uploaded files, it should update the usage and make your form to work again. If that doesn't happen, you can clear your form caches from your end. Let me show you how:- Click on your profile icon
- Click on Settings
- Click on Clear Caches
