Ao preencher os formulários abaixo e clicar em enviar, aparece um erro com a seguinte mensagem: "A página deixou de responder, aguarde"
Isso está impactando o uso dos formulários e atrasando as demandas corporativas.

I've cleared the form caches on your account which can help with issues like this. Judging by the screenshots you sent you might also be having connectivity issues, since I can see what looks like an icon showing you aren't connected to 4G. I suggest trying to submit the form on a stable and reliable internet connection like 4G or WiFi as a troubleshooting step.
