Error when submitting a form

Ao preencher os formulários abaixo e clicar em enviar, aparece um erro com a seguinte mensagem: "A página deixou de responder, aguarde"

Isso está impactando o uso dos formulários e atrasando as demandas corporativas.

Judging by the screenshots you sent you might also be having connectivity issues, since I can see what looks like an icon showing you aren't connected to 4G. I suggest trying to submit the form on a stable and reliable internet connection like 4G or WiFi as a troubleshooting step.
