Account: Run out of Upload Quota

    I have another problem... We can no longer access the form, this message appears (photo attached)

    But I have already deleted all previous uploads from the trash...

    Is the only way to resolve this is to subscribe to the premium plan?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I could see here that you already cleared your Upload Space, so I reactivated your account and your forms should now be working correctly.

    Estou novamente com esse problema de espaço, já excluí todos os uploads e esta com espaço livre, mas não tenho acesso a novos envios de formulário.

    Now, let me help you with your question. When I checked our system, I saw that you have already exceeded the Upload Space limit on your account. So, I checked your form 231665697560669, and it appears that there is a submission on the Archive Folders that is consuming your Upload Space limit.

    I reactivated your account, so you will be able to log in to your account and delete it from there. After deleting the submissions, you can Clear your Form's Cache to refresh the usage limit data. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
    • In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    • In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.

    Bom dia,

    Fiz o passo a passo e também excluí todos os envios arquivados, porém ainda assim n consigo ter acesso a novos envios do formulário...
