O PDF está em Branco

    Olá, estou recebendo diversas mensagens, onde o meu cliente após ele termina de preencher o formulário, quando clica para baixar o arquivo PDF, o arquivo está em branco. Como posso resolver essa situação

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Can you confirm if they're trying to download the PDF file on their Autoresponder Email? If so, when I checked your form, I can see that you haven't selected the PDF file to attach. Check out the screenshot below:

    You can fix this in just a few steps. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click Settings.
    2. Go to the Emails tab.
    3. Hover on your Autoresponder Email and click the Pen icon.
    4. Go to the Advanced tab, under the Attach PDF, and click on the PDF file.
    5. Then click Save.
