Require login to view files

    Boa noite. Já li explicações, mas não encontrei um solução satisfatória. Precisamos compartilhar respostas a formulários para acompanhamento de um projeto por pessoas de fora, mas seria interessante elas terem a possibilidade de baixar/abrir documentos e fotos sem necessidade de fazer login... optamos pelo compartilhamento "público", mas nossos parceiros informam que ao tentar baixar vem a tela de login. Como fazer?

    Hello Instituto_Base,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you would prefer to get assistance in the Portuguese language, we can forward your ticket to our Portuguese team. However, please note that it could take longer to receive a response.

    To stop our system from asking you to login to see/download your submission attachments, we just need to disable the requirement to Login to View Uploaded Files. It's easy to do, but we'll need to do that on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the Jotform Mobile App. Let me walk you through it:

    • Login to your Jotform account.
    • Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
    • In the dropdown, click on Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.
    • On the Settings page, scroll down to the Privacy section and uncheck the box next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files.

    That's it. Now, you won't have to login to see/download files uploaded with your submissions.

    Bom dia! Obrigado pela informação, está resolvido. Mas na organização das páginas essa função atualmente está na função "segurança":

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry for the confusion the first image I sent is outdated, this setting can be found now in the Security section of your account
