Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. We can definitely help update your username. But before that please note that if you're using Custom URL for any of your forms, the old Custom Url will no longer work and you would need to create new Custom URL with your new username. Please get back to us with your confirmation.
Once we hear back from them, we’ll update this thread and let you know.

Thanks for getting back to us. Periods and spaces are not allowed to be used in for a username. We can however use underscore, would you consider using jotform_emede instead? Or please get back to us with 3 of your preferred username and we can check for availability.
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with changing the username.
