Opção de "baixar como pdf" para respostas compartilhadas

Uma tabela de respostas esta compartilhada com joaoluis.leone@farmoterapica.com.br. Ele esta com acesso para fazer download contudo a opção "baixar com o pdf" não aparece para ele. Podem verificar?

Para ele aparecem 3 opções e para mim as 4 abaixo, inclusive a opção de "baixar com pdf" que é a que ele necessita.

Now, let me help you with your question. I tried to share my tables with my other account and shows that the Download as PDF is still not available for the Collaborator. Instead of sharing your forms with others. You can share your PDF Editor with them to be able to download their submission. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on the menu on the top-left side of the page and open PDF Editor.
• In PDF Editor, click on the Share button in the top-right corner of the screen.
• Set the access settings and copy the invitation link or invite them by email.

• Open your form in Form Builder.
• Click the menu at the upper left corner next to the Jotform logo.
• Then select PDF Editor.
