With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. I checked the username "comunicacaoedp" and it is currently available on our end. However, before we change your username, please note that custom URLs will no longer work once the username is changed. If you are currently using any custom URL on your form, you will need to set it up again with a new username. We have a guide about How to Create a Custom URL of a Form that you can check out. Please confirm so that we can proceed with changing your username.
