    Bom dia

    Quanto tento fazer o log in dá erro. Penso que será por ter usado a palavra "código" na descrição de um campo

    Peço que resolvam a situação mesmo que implique eliminar o formulário.

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your issue. I checked your account and it seems to be in good standing and doesn't have any restrictions or suspensions that should prevent you from logging in. If you're trying to log in to a different account, please share its username or email address so we can check. If you have the form link, you can share that as well so we can locate the account.

    But if you're trying to log in to the same account you used to create this ticket, please share a screenshot of the error message you're getting. We have a guide here on how you can post screenshots here in our Support Forum.

    We can talk in inglish no problem.

    The acount I can´t log in is with email clubekuroobi@gmail.com

    I try reset the password but didn´t work too

    This problem it happened some days ago when i work in new form. In middle of work its logs out and I can't login anymore

    Hi Daniel,

    Thanks for getting back to us with the email address. It seems the account was automatically suspended by our anti-phishing system because your 'Mensalidades app' form has a field labeled 'Código utilizador' which seems to be collecting login credentials. This is prohibited as per our Terms of Use.

    Since the form has no submissions yet, I've deleted the offending field and reinstated your account so you should be able to log into it now. We suggest that you review our Terms of Use so you'll have an idea about the type of data you cannot collect on your forms and prevent your account from getting suspended again.
