Olá, estou realizando uma pesquisa de um volume significativamente elevado no Brasil e estou tendo muitos problemas com o Jotform que está afetando negativamente minha experiência com seu uso como um todo.
Noticiei que centenas de respostas sumiram do banco de dados do jotform e preciso saber urgentemente o que está acontecendo, necessito de uma ajuda para recuperar essas respostas faltantes pois já está afetando meu relacionamento com meu cliente que está exigindo as respostas. Além desse ponto identifiquei que diversas respostas estão entrando duplicadas, realizamos apenas um envio e no banco de dados do sistema conta como duas.

Now, let me help you with your question. I am seeing a form in your account with roughly 3000+ submissions, so I assume this is the one you're having issues with. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing lost and duplicated submissions with this form.
Regarding those missing submissions, can you let us know the following information, so we can check what happened?
- Date and time the submissions were made
- Submission identifiers such as name and email indicated in the submission
As for the duplicated submissions, I'm not exactly sure which ones are the duplicates among the existing submissions. If you could provide us with the submission IDs, it would be super helpful. This way, we can closely examine them and potentially figure out what might have caused the duplication.
Also, I noticed that you're missing an email recipient for the email notifications. This prevents you from receiving an email whenever a new submission comes in. But don't worry, it's easy to fix that. Let me show you how:
1. In the Form Builder, click on Settings found at the top orange bar, then click on Emails to open the emails tab.
2. Hover over the notification template and click on the pencil icon to edit it.
3. It shall open the template's settings. Navigate to the Recipients tab and add an email address that you want to receive the notifications, then click on Save to save the changes. And that's it.
