Quero expressar minha apreciação pelo seu produto, que é de alta qualidade. No entanto, infelizmente, meu cliente não ficou satisfeito com o teste que realizamos. Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. When I checked, I see that you are still within the 30-days and we can still process refund for your cancellation. Kindly note that once we issue refund, this will revert your account back to the Starter Plan. We suggest you download all your submission first and delete it from your tables and trashed entries. You can download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Let me show you how:
- On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
- Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page.
- Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
After that, you may reach back to us so we can proceed with your request.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Agradeço pela resposta e pelo aviso de que devo salvar os formulários submetidos. Já tomei essa providência e gostaria de dar continuidade ao processo de cancelamento. Além disso, gostaria de destacar que o suporte da Jotform é muito bom.

Thanks for getting back to us. As requested, the account has been downgraded back to the Starter (Free) plan and we already initiated the refund request. Please note that the refund will be reflected in your account within 3 to 5 business days.
