Now, let me help you with your question. If you are looking to integrate a chat service on the App created in Jotform then unfortunately, this is not possible at this moment in the system. If you could share some more details about how you would like it to be visible on the app and how it would be useful for other users as well, we can submit it as a feature request for review to our product team.
